Phone Reservations:

Call 703-766-6182 (not your pet sitter) between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. M-F. You may leave a message over the weekend. Non-Urgent calls will be returned the next business day.

Fax your reservation to 703-766-6178. Print faxable request form.

Ideally, you should make your reservation 2 weeks or more prior to your departure. However, we do our best to accommodate those with less notice.

You must receive a confirmation call or email from our office to make your reservation valid.

Confirmation calls and emails are made between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. M-F. You should get a confirmation within 36 business hours of your request. All of our calls are time-stamped for accuracy.

Although our voicemail is monitored on weekends and holidays, only urgent calls will be responded to on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
