Reservation Procedures
Alternative Pet Care offers several scheduling
options to our clients. Please request service in any of
the following ways:
On line Reservations:
Current Client Reservation Request
New Client reservation Request
**online requests will be responded to during office
hours only**
Phone Reservations:
Call 703-352-6163 (not your pet sitter) between
9a.m.—5p..m M-F. You may leave a message over the
weekend. Non-Urgent calls will be returned the next
business day.
Fax your reservation to 703-352-6168.
Print faxable
request form.
Ideally, you should make your reservation 2 weeks or
more prior to your departure. However, we do our best to
accommodate those with less notice.
You must receive a confirmation call or
email from our office to make your reservation valid.
Confirmation calls and emails are made between
9a.m.-5p.m., M-F. You should get a confirmation within
36 business hours of your request. All of our
calls are time-stamped for accuracy.
Although our voicemail is monitored on weekends and
holidays, only urgent calls will be responded to on
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
