Alternative Pet Care’s Bed & Biscuit
service is a unique pet care option for the pampered
pet. Your pet will be lovingly cared for in the home of
one of our professional pet sitters. A Pet Profile
of your pet and his/her routine will help your B&B host
maintain your pet’s routine.
The fee for Bed & Biscuit service is $45
per night for one dog and $60 per night for 2 dogs.
Bed & Biscuit service includes a
minimum of: the dinner-time pet care routine,
the “good night” pet care routine, the overnight stay,
and the “good morning” pet care routine. Most of our B&B
hosts are in & out during the day while others work a
typical work day. We will match you with the most
appropriate host for your pet. Check-in & check-out
times are pre-scheduled with your B&B host. Drop-off
times on check-in day are scheduled between 3-7 p.m.
Pick-ups are scheduled prior to 3 p.m. on the day of
check-out. Pick-ups after 3 p.m. will be billed an
additional $15 per hour.
Bed & Biscuit reservations require a 50%
non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking. The
balance will be due on check-in day. All payments are
processed using a major credit card. We do not accept

Sleeping Arrangements: Please bring your
dog’s bed, crate, anything that he/she is accustomed to
sleeping on or in. Your pet may be sleeping in your
host’s bed, but it is always a good idea to bring the
things your pet is familiar with from home.
Food: Please bring enough food to last the
duration of your pet’s stay. We recommend measuring the
dry food into individual baggies—one for each meal.
A.P.C. has permission to purchase food and/or other
necessary supplies in the event that such food and/or
supplies are depleted when A.P.C. is performing its pet
care services. The Pet Owner is liable for the cost of
food and/or supplies, plus a $20 fee for each shopping
trip.
Medication: Please bring enough medication to
last the duration of your absence. Include detailed
instructions and your vet information on your Pet
Profile.
Veterinary Care: Your A.P.C. host has
permission to take Owner’s pet(s) to a veterinarian of
A.P.C’s choice in case of perceived illness, pain, or
discomfort. Owner is liable for all veterinary expenses
as well as transportation fees ($20/hour computed on a
round trip basis).
Damage to furniture, rugs, etc.: Pet Owner
is responsible for damage to the host’s home and
property caused by their pet when the A.P.C. host
follows pet care guidelines, so please be honest during
screening.
Pet
Temperment & Behavior: The pet owner understands
that their pet(s) have been approved to be a guest in an
A.P.C. employee’s home based on their answers to the
Pet Behavior Screening Questionnaire that
A.P.C. keeps on file. Owner warrants that the pet(s) to
be cared for do not have a history of vicious or violent
behavior. Owner agrees to compensate A.P.C. for any
damages suffered by them due to a breach of this
warranty. Further, owner agrees to indemnify A.P.C. for
any liability that may arise on their part due to
vicious or violent behavior of the pet(s), whether or
not a history of vicious & violent behavior exists, and
whether or not such a history has been disclosed to
A.P.C. Furthermore, the Owner will be responsible for
any pet and/or human injuries or property damage that
occurs as a result of misrepresenting their pet(s)’
behavior.
Care Instructions: Owner agrees to complete the
A.P.C. B&B Pet Profile so that the A.P.C.
host can maintain your pet’s daily routine. Your A.P.C.
host will abide by your pet care instructions. So long
as Owners instructions are followed, A.P.C. shall not be
responsible or liable for any injury, illness, or death
of any of the Owner’s pet(s) that may occur while the
animals are in the care of the A.P.C. employee.
I, __________________________, have read, understand,
and agree to all of the terms set forth in the Bed
& Biscuit Service Contract for Bed &
Biscuit Pet Care provided by Alternative Pet
Care. This agreement will remain in force for all
Bed & Biscuit reservations on and after the date
of this contract.
